Lecturers Brickwork
Supply Bank - as and when required
As part of our commitment to meet the needs of our students, and to respond quickly to changes in demand, Moray College is seeking to recruit a supply bank of lecturers to work on an as and when required basis in Brickwork.

Working in the Brickwork Section will involve teaching practical and theoretical subjects to SVQ apprentices and full time students in Construction.

An Advanced Craft Certificate or equivalent in a relevant subject area is required, together with appropriate industrial experience. While not essential, the possession of Assessor and Verifier awards would be beneficial.

Experience of teaching and/or training would be an advantage, as would a teaching qualification.
Salary £28,893 - £33,519 pro rata per annum

Nursery Nurse

As part of our commitment to Widening Access to education and training Moray College provides a Nursery facility for children between 6 weeks and 5 years of age.

A vacancy has arisen for a qualified and experienced Nursery Nurse to join the team within the College Nursery. Reporting to the Nursery Manager, the successful candidate will assist in planning Nursery sessions and will support the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of individual children.

Educated to HNC level in Childcare and Education, or holding an equivalent qualification, the successful candidate will have a working knowledge of key aspects of the early years curriculum and of early childhood development. Experience of working with young children and babies in a Nursery environment is essential for this post, as are good communication skills.
Salary £18,147 - £19,572 pro rata per annum

Site Assistant
Supply Bank - as and when required
Moray College is seeking to appoint a full time Site Assistant to the Estates team.

The duties of this post include maintaining the security of College premises, operating and monitoring heating, lighting and ventilation, ensuring that all hard standing areas are maintained in a clean and tidy condition and undertaking porterage duties as necessary.

The successful candidate will have a sound practical knowledge of general caretaker duties, and will either posses, or be willing to undertake, a first aid qualification. The ability to work accurately with the minimum of supervision is necessary for this post, as are good interpersonal skills.
Salary £16,599 - £17,712 pro rata per annum
