On Monday evening our Erasmus students enjoyed a most interesting and enlightening talk by MP for Moray, Mr Angus Robertson (SNP). This event had been arranged by Aleksandra Witkowska, teacher of English for Speakers of Other Languages at Moray College
Mr Robertson talked about his job both in Parliament and in the constituency and also the economic situation within the European Union. The Erasmus students from Spain, Finland, Bulgaria, Turkey, Romania, Czech Republic and Lithuania were quick to ask questions and were most impressed at Mr Robertson's knowledge of their home countries. A ten minute talk developed into a very interesting discussion lasting one and a half hours.
