Our Facilities
The Forres Learning Centre has one main IT training room and one Video Conferencing /Online Support room. The main room is bright and spacious while the Online Support room offers less distraction for serious work. Both rooms are air conditioned, and all computers are networked into the Moray College intranet and have a permanent connection to the Internet.

These rooms are fully equipped with the latest technology including 20 up-to-date PCs, a data projector, scanner, laser and colour printers and a video conferencing facility.

There is also an air conditioned classroom that is now equipped with cosmetology equipment for school children to undertake a two year part time qualification in that subject, and there is a kitchen area for that welcome tea break.

There are toilets for disabled access and a concrete ramp at the main entrance for wheelchair access. A portable loop system is available for those with a hearing impairment, and the centre holds various accessibility aids to allow those with dexterity problems to communicate with computers.

What Do We Offer?
Although our learning centre is well equipped for Information Technology training, we can also offer other courses that are not specific to using computers.

It is also possible to rent our accommodation and facilities for meetings or independent group training. For further information contact the Moray College Accommodation Officer on 01343 576475 or email accommodation@moray.uhi.ac.uk
