Gillian - the IT Trainer

I have been working as an IT Trainer with Moray College for a year now. Before that, I was a student at the college and successfully completed an HND in Multimedia Computing.

I have been involved with the project to create this website from the start and have found the experience to be extremely enjoyable, we've had some good
laughs along the way!

I also found the experience to be a learning process for myself. As a trainer, I soon realised that what works for one person might not necessarily
work for another. I had to adapt to the individuals and have a flexible approach to achieve the end result. In this context, the experience I have gained
is priceless, and I am grateful to the group for sharing their experiences with me.
