UHI Link Explained

UHI Millennium Institute (UHI) is a higher education institution providing University level courses and research opportunities throughout the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

This is achieved through a partnership of colleges and research institutions including two associated institutions. Currently over 5,500 students are studying or undertaking post-graduate research with UHI.

The UHI mission is to create a University of the Highlands and Islands, and a target has been set of achieving this.

As an academic partner of the UHI Millennium Insititute, Moray College is able to provide the community of Moray and beyond with a wide range of higher education opportunities which can be accessed locally on a full-time part-time and infill basis, thereby enabling many people to participate in higher education who would otherwise be unable to do so. Some degree programmes and elements of others can also be studied "on-line" with tutor support.
